All the guests in the hotels would get his PIN code generated at the reception and with that PIN they could access for example room No. 201 for 2 days. After 2 days new PIN code would be generated for the other guest. Hotel staff should access the rooms by PIN codes or RFID cards. If guest looses the PIN code of his room, the new PIN code would be generated and the old one disabled.
When you create one PIN Code by operation on software, at the same time , by using our online real time door lock system, the key data will be sent to lock to be kept automatically through wireless network . The two operation is been done at real time. Then customer take along pin code number and go to open room door. The solution is best for customer self check-in. |
